Just a thought, may be completely off here, but would having a non-turbo not be an advantage on a greasy track? Nice linear power delivery as opposed to the turbos.

Of course. It's exactly why so many knock Bellof's performance in '84 in favour of Senna's.

IMO It was the best drive of the day (in fact one of, of a pretty boring season), given him being ill and that he had a half-minute lead after 7 laps then just cruised for the rest of the race. Well, I say cruised... Rosberg doesn't know the meaning of the word...

We're not going to get one. All the footage I can find and know of for this (and Lauda who was only 1 place behind start to finish) was crap. Typical early footage where you miss the action until it becomes important. What I have is about 2 or 3 of their overtakes and they both only start getting noticed once they get to about 4th place. wk.

Otherwise it would've been about 1st on my list.

Thats a shame. Didn't they qualify 15th and 16th or something, they had an awesome race set-up.

What about footage of Rosbergs Lap record in qualifying at silverstone in possibly 1984? apparently very lairy. 1300hp!!!
