Hmm, apparently its a completely different car to the Red Bull because the engine isn't the same and they had to redesign the fuel tank and fuel system, length, wheelbase, weight distribution and 'basic metric characteristics' (???). So they tweaked the RB to fit the different engine, which probably would change the length, wheelbase and weight, and they would have to redesign surrounding parts. But its still a totally different car, honest guv!

I read it that the wheelbase and so on were the same as the Red Bull, it was just the engine, cooling and clutch etc that was different.

Essentially it's accepted that it's a customer car, and the forthcoming season is the last time they have dispensation to use one.

The whole rear suspension setup is different on the Torro-Rosso due to the Ferrari engine getting in the way of the Red Bull setup. This could be a big difference...
