only 2 starters -4 point

only 1 starter -6 points no fastest lap


The problems come when there are non championship runners. ie when Steve Glynn ran the GTF at Brands, he wasn't registered in the C'ship. Not everyone knew this so his position mucked up the tables.

Would be useful to know who is registered at the start of the season.

Its also why we can't be sure of points intil JR (usually via Graham) releases OFFICIAL points. These also include any infringements, points knocked off by MSA etc.

Yup, that problem was my fault I'm afraid! I wasn't told who was and who wasn't running for points so I assumed that everyone racing got points (seemed reasonable at the time!). I've made a note that this season I will ask for a list of who is and isn't in the points before each race so that I can get an accurate points table though so it shouldn't happen again...

That wasn't a dig at you nick...I did it a couple of times on monster, and later in the season it gets really important to placings.

No worries Andy, I suppose thats the benefit of having more than one person doing it! By the way, I get a big tax payback in a couple of weeks so I'll finally be having a set of those R888's of you as soon as that's come in. Booked my ARDS test in the Chim for Cadwell on the 20th April and will hopefully run a couple of rounds in Graham's Taz if everything goes according to plan!
