The diffuser row has in my mind, exposed the 'shakiness' of the Ross Brawn's 'diplomatic' departure from Ferrari... Ross Brawn seems to be able to stir up Ferrari without even trying... There is 'no smoke without fire'...

The judges in Paris heard evidence from both sides, with Ferrari's legal representative, Nigel Tozzi QC, describing Brawn GP team boss Ross Brawn as "a person of supreme arrogance".
Brawn defended himself robustly and insisted his team's diffuser was simply "an innovative approach of an existing idea".
And Brawn's criticism of Ferrari consultant Rory Bryne and Red Bull technical guru Adrian Newey saw sparks fly in the courtroom, with the Englishman refusing to retract his statements.

Some good points raised. It is this paragraph which made me think more into the situation;

If this reporting is accurate, then Ross Brawn has taunted Ferrari as "vindictive" and "...too slow off the mark"... I appreciate Ross Brawn was also directing his comments to the other teams as well... However, it was Ferrari's response, by calling Ross Brawn "...a person of supreme arrogance...", which makes me think that Ross Brawn had eventually left Ferrari, because of some personality clashes rather than just a sabbatical, as we had previously been led to believe...
Whether there will be a further 'war of words' between Ferrari and Ross Brawn, remains to be seen...

If this reporting is accurate, then Ross Brawn has taunted Ferrari as "vindictive" and "...too slow off the mark"... I wont make any comment. The previous posters have said enough.But most teams are named after someone.
What would you of preferred the team to be called?
As for Tozzer I can only think of clutching at straws 90 mins for a single point, surely that can't look good.

Yep. Smoke and mirrors to hide the fact that he may not have much in the way of actual legal argument to put up (but he better show his client something for the brief fee)....
