Flavio is perhaps the most obnoxious team principal in F1, equal to Jean Todt.
Same with McLaren. Hamilton had their new aero package, Kovalainen had the old.
I think the DD diffusers do have a significant advantage, but RBR is a lot different from the others, so for RBR their speed comes from other tricks of Newey's.
