Find a breaking Vauxhall Monaro, rip the engine out and spend about £10,000 is a good starting point (whilst remaining practical for the road).

Some what familiar with Holden LS Power

Now a Ford Man though!! Having a Bonkers 302 engine built. The Holdens are based on the only 350 iron Small blocks in the Holden racers (even now), and the Fords on the Ford 302. Very trick, old iron stuff with alloy heads 630bhp (from a 5.0litre - limited to 7500rpm).

I love the things.
