Missed GP today - repeats?

Okay, haven't seen today's GP so please don't tell me anything about it, I've deliberately swerved all other threads.

Been out all day, got home to find that the video recorder hadn't...

Does Beeb repeat the whole race or even highlights? Good old ITV used to.

Haven't got digital TV or fast enough internet connection.

Any suggestions how I can watch it?

Yup, the entire programme on BBC iPlayer.

Does anyone know if there's a way to get at the hour-long F1 forum they show on the red button after the race? I was out so missed the race, but caught up with Sky plus but obviously can't get at the forum. I've been checking the BBC F1 website and the iPlayer but can't seem to find it...

If you have freeview its on constant repeat for a while on channel 301.

In future you can record the "red button" channel. I can't remember the channel number, but this will record the full race coverage.

EDIT- this is only available on Freeview I've just found out. That's pretty crappy.

I've tried pressing the "red button" but it just switches the television off...
