I believe the model makers use glow plugs rather then spark plugs

its 'glow' ignition (semi-diesel) rather than true spark plugs. plug elements are made to glow, then when enguine is cranked and fires up, ignition source can be removed or switched off and the elements stay hot enough to ignite the high compression mixture. will be methanol and nitro rather than petrol

That is awesome, I can't believe that they have actually made a 4-stroke with 24 valves!

When I first clicked the link I thought it would just be 12 2-stroke RC engines on a common crank.

Just superb engineering.
