Saw this in Evo yesterday. Looks good. Me and a couple of mates are going for the British GP. Find it hard to believe that it's free.

Good bit of promotion for Mercedes. People will wander round, check out the AMGs... get the kids into Mercedes while they're young.

Shall we have a PH meet there for the British GP? 21st June?

Food won't be cheap, and while there you will want to have a thrash around in the cars which isn't free either.

Sounds good but will it be? Uncomfy seats, people probably chatting away and you cant have a beer as you have to drive. And if I miss anything at home, I can just rewind it!

It was surprisingly good! Big conf room half blacked out prob couple hundred people in there. Decent sized screen and clearly lots of local support for LH and JB...

It was free entry - but of course it's free marketing isn't it?

Food ok, not too overpriced about £6-£8.

I got there about 12.30 and was pretty much full. Suggest if you go, get there around 12... Bit of a mare with the parking situation - I was in the overflow.

Not a bad idea to meet up for the Brit GP...

I enjoyed seeing the GP there today. With a more exciting race to watch I think the atmosphere could be quite good. Still, I'm happy with todays result, JB has waited a long time for the opportunity he has this year, and he is making the most of it. Good on you Jenson.

By the way Jenson, if you happen read this stuff, my better half was in a long line of people waiting for your autograph at the Goodwood FOS a few years back. When she was finally standing in front of you, you were moved off by the powers that be to your next engagement. As I married her I think she is a rather nice looking girl, so we will assume that her appearance wasn't the reason that you ran off!
Her nick name is Bing, so a signed picture to her would elevate your standing in the Morling household into orbit. All the best, Kim.
