Friday F1 Practice

Hi guys,

A mate of mine has given me a ticket for the friday F1 practice at Silverstone, but I'm just wondering what the traffic/parking situation is in Silverstone.

I'm in Loughborough, it normally takes about an hour to get down to silverstone. How long would you suggest allowing for traffic, I'd like to be there for the Formula BMW practice at 8.50am.

Will the traffic be mental on the friday morning?! Or will leaving at 7am be enough time?!

I went a few years ago, you should be fine on Friday.

Friday should be fine this year. The race weekend is early this year so the school holidays aren't in full swing yet.
