There will only be one F1. The FOTA Championship cannot legally be called F1 as the rights to that championship are held by the FIA.

The FOTA teams will have to call their championship "The Grand Prix World Championship", or GPWC or variaytions of the same.

I think you'll find that is not the case - if so, why can so many companies can use the term 'F1' in their name. Is it really copyrighted to the FIA or that Midget prick?
