G50 GT4 vs G50 Cup

I am looking at these 2 cars and I am wanting which ever I get to be multi-purpose (for use in different series). At the moment the GT4 looks like the better option as it seems to fit the regulations for more classes, but does anyone know, would I be able to race a GT4 spec G50 in the G50 cup? I know the cars are very similar anyway.

Hi

Both cars are fundamentally the same but for the following;
1. GT4 Car comes without Wing as is homologated for GT4 bound championships.
2. GT4 Car has 80 Litre (up from 60 litres in Cup Spec) fuel capacity and has dry-break refuelling system.
3. GT4 Car has front lights
4. GT4 Car comes with air jacks
5. GT4 Car has additional features for GT racing like extra heat shielding and data logging bits and pieces.

A GT4 Car with wing kit added is what a few teams/drivers have done to afford them the flexibility to race in both G50 Cup and domestic and international GT racing.

I am assuming the GT4 is competitive enough in the Cup? They must be a little heavier?

I am looking at this for 2010, so its just a bit of initial research at the moment, but I will be in contact shortly hopefully.
