Helmet Tear Off's

Basically recently bought a load of OMP tear off's for my helmet, having fit them and had a play around, I have come to the conclusion that I am missing something fundamental as they are soo cloudy and milky you can bearly see through them!

I've been using tear offs for years on the dirt bike and never had this issue, with oakley, spy, dragon, electric tear offs. Now do you have apply a treatment to these OMP ones? or are they just a bit wk?

silly suggestion, but there is usually a protective layer of "clingfilm" on both sides of a tear-off - have you peeled off both of 'em?

yeah, got rid of the film, but still so cloudy it is stupid

Looks like the batch you have is, er, a bit flaky.

Did you take them out of the plastic bag first?

might give them a whirl on the outside of the visor,

see if that is any better, certainly be easier to tear off
