Ross--A great example for the future

Ross has come across as a straight-forward, calm, and level character in the media. I think the competition between him and Newey (another seemingly straight-forward chap) over the years has been very exciting for F1. I know they don't perform the same functions, but their contributions to their respective teams seems to be similarily impactful.

Cutting through everything Brawn or Newey have had a hand in almost every championship winning car for about the last 20 years iirc.

Autospite suggested a few months back that they are not exactly best mates though...
