Racing Fuel ?

Do you have a racing fuel supplier that attends Britcar meetings ? I am in the TVR support race at Combe and require fuel and it would be handy to order some in advance and collect at the circuit...

Oh right I'm from Grasscroft and will be in a Tuscan Challenge car number 8 - first race this year and not been to Combe since the chicanes ! Catch you over the weekend then ! Cheers

Nice one, I will come and find you..... Good luck for the weekend.... Also on topic there is a petrol station at Combe, it's not on site but you can walk to it with access straight from the circuit. Normal pump prices.

Thanks but I need 100 Octane for the Chevy engine. It was setup of the dyno that way. I can run 99 but its just not as sharp especially at low revs.

99 octane itsself seems to very hard to come by in Wiltshire[i didn't know Circuit motors sells it???] i wish i could buy it locally as my Scooby runs far better on the good stuff and we have a big tesco yet you see it advertised but we've not seen any tesco 99!!

Do sunaco sell it to anybody or do you have race to get hold of it??

No idea how you get hold of Sunoco, we usually run the 996 on Tesco’s finest 99,if not it runs ok on Shell 98

All sorted, I spoke to Anders at http://www.aaoil.co.uk/racing-Racing-fuels and he's bringing some down for me. He's kept busy at Britcar meetings and will be there on Friday !
I run Tesco99 or Optimax in the Evo X at home and it goes well on both, but the race car needs a higher octane.
