i guess with Williams not agreeing to them testing and Red bull also does that mean they wont be allowed or will it be waved by the FIA?

No, they won't be allowed....they need unanimous agreement form other teams.
Is right i feel, as Alguesari wasn't allowed to test.

Pathetic childish response from Ferrari which shows there true colours, how small a memory they must have. After years of getting their own way and breaking the rules, someone has actually stood in their way. Everyone remember Indianapolis 2005?Ferrari the only team that blocked an otherwise unanimous agreement by the teams which would have allowed everyone to race safely,Excuse = How would that have been fair to us?Is right i feel, as Alguesari wasn't allowed to test.

As for lack of spirit and fair play - Schumacher driving into Damon Hill's Williams to rob him of the title then trying to do the same to Villneuve's Williams a year later must have been erased from Ferrari's memory - the biggest un-sporting incident's in F1 history.
I actually wanted to Schumacher to get the test day but after hearing there pathetic responses - they can get to F**k!

Might want to check out Senna's premeditated assault on Prosts Ferrari at the start of the 1990 Japanese Grand Prix before making comments about unsporting incidents.Not justifying what Shuey did, it was totally wrong, but at least it was a bad decision made in the spur of the moment and not planned before the race even began!.

Spur of the moment does not imply a one off.It means to do something immediately without any pre planning,which is what happened in '94 &'97.These were decisions made in a split second during the races.When Senna drove into the back of Prosts Ferrari at Suzuka He had already decided to do it before the race had even started.In My book that makes it much worse than Schumachers incidents.

Brownie points.McLaren and ferrari are amongst the "also ran" this year. they are both going to come way even with the recent improvements so from Mclarem POV why not agree, it casts them in a good light.
Ferrari have really thrown the rattle out the pram, very much McLaren 1 : Ferrari 0 on this one.
From Williams POV they stand a good chance of beating ferrari for the first time in years. An in season test will allow ferari to develop the car as well as let schui get some practice. Why should they agree to that, cant see ferrari agreeing if boot was on the other foot.
