Well, there goes any intention of leaving the couch today! BTCC final rounds from Brands GP 11:30-18:15, quick flick over to Dave for Rally Catalunya then over to BBC 3 for the Japanese GP at 7pm.

Only regret is not having a recorder box for the MotoGP!
