Singapore GP general admission

Has anyone used the general admission tickets at the Singapore GP? I am looking to buy some for next year as a birthday present. The only other alternative for my budget is seats in the Bay stand but that has a view of a short straight and that's it.

Are there seating areas for the general admission people? Or is it just a case of stand where you find space?
