I have a cancellation on our next day at Oulton Park later this month.

I have Mike Wilds (Ex F1, Ex Le Mans x7, Can Am, UK C'ships x7, World Sports Car, Ex Tuscan [celeb driver]) as our Instructor for the day for 3 DRIVERS ONLY. Highest quality Instruction AND he's a realy nice/informal guy. No "big I am!"
http://www.tvrmonster.com/mwilds.html

Garage, Track slot and Instruction is all included. One of our Monster Academy days in 2010.

This is for Race Drivers only, extensive 1-2-1 and can work on any area required.
Car set up/driver/circuit.

Drop me a line if you are interested. PM or andydrace@aol.com
Ring me if you have my number.

Cheers
Andy

Owen/Andy - I could be interested if Owen would like to share in my (his ex-) Griffith! What is the cost for car 2 drivers and, bearing in mind our location in the 'deep south' what are the timings for the day? I assume 2 seats in my car are required to get max benefit?

Yes you can share a car
Costs depend on wether you have a full slot each (with 1 car) or
Wether you share 1 slot
Timings are std (0830 breifing - light goes 1600?)
2nd seat is preferable/but not essential

We (several of us inc MW) are staying overnight on the 26th. You could share a twin £25ea.

Cheers
Andy

bugger, forgot. Im on Jury Duty from the 18th. However if I turn up smelling of booze on the first day I might be able to get out of it! or saying things like " he has that look about him , so he must be guilty"

make sure you take a good book. Jo had to do it last year, and it was basically a few days waiting in a room to be called.

IIRC you can ask for it to be deffered

I have put the Tuscan into trackday retirement after the very very close shave I had in it at Clay Hill / Druids at Oulton last year. Missed two lots of armco by only a couple of inches yikes

I'd never forgive myself if I stuffed my Tuscan.

Armco Surfing, my new hobby.

Richard, are you sure you want me to borrow the car?

Owen - I had not seen that photo before, not that it makes any difference! However I have decided that a day trip to OP in the middle of winter is not a goer and anyway my race-truck won't be ready until March, due to freezing weather holding me up.
