Hi going to Barcelona in May can you buy a ticket just for race day or do you have to buy a 3 day pass as this is all i have seen advertised also where is best to sit / stand etc. - Thanks

www.circuitcat.com have 10% off full price till end of Feb.

As far as I could see (and remember from last time I went to GP there) only 3 day passes avail.

Best place to see whatever (sometimes not much at this race unfortunately) action there is, usually 1st corner. Tribune F or A. yours for 292€ Guv. Oh, and cover your head and knees, you can get a very nice sunburn whilst at the same time freezing your b@lls off at the top of one of these big stands. Been there done that.

OOps , edited to say 392€ , not selling themselves cheap, thank Alonso for that, 15 yrs ago this GP was a real cheapo to get in.

Actually, if you knew the "locals" you would know that there is no GP of Spain, only a GP of Catalunya, but that is another story.
It is however held in Barcelona, which is in Spain, just don't tell that to a Catalan, unless he is smaller than you of course laugh

Just a word of warning also, I've known of acouple of people who have had their wallets "liberated" while at the event - and had a fair bit run up on the credit card almost immediately - Take care
