After how it looked last year, with the gt1 class dying thought some of you might like to see this:

Great range of cars and amount of GT1 cars to be entered.

A weekend ticket is £26 which is great value if you can do both days. It starts on Friday (which is free to get in) with the various warm up sessions and some qualifying for the support races.
GT3 is the main support race, plus GT4 races and usually another series of some kind.

I hope the new GT1 championship works out for Ratel. Don't think anything can beat 1997, but a full grid of DBR9s, MC12s, Murcielagos, GTRs, Corvettes and Ford GTs should be quite a spectacle. See you chaps there.

Saw the GT cars at the Tourist Trophy a few years ago, and at the Spa 24 hours. Incredibly impressive! Especially love the DB9s

The success of the championship will be down to three things.

Good pre race marketing.

Well prepared teams and cars / drivers

Circuit operators and SRO (The organisers) putting on a full days racing for the fans.

Last year I saw a few lorrys with a big advert for the event on the back door. Never seen that before. I think they were Tesco lorrys of all things!
