OK, having checked last years Fantasy F1 site, it seems to be defunct. http://www.ff1.co.uk/ for those interested. I have been hard at work trying to find one that will allow us to have a mini-league in amongst the main table and, most importantly, will be free. After switching on the kettle, scratching my arse and typing "free fantasy F1 2010" into google, I found that nothing similar to last year is open for registry until mid-feb.

Well, I found one where you can enter 6 drivers, but I thought that last year was good where you chose two drivers a chassis and an engine. It was quite PH. smile

So, any suggestions of places to register? Or has anyone heard about the site we were with last year?

Bookmarked this thread to see what happens. I'd be interested in this.

Played it for two years as part of another discussion board subleague (and this year as well). A very fun little game. You can change your team's composition, including both drivers, chassis, engine, and fuel supplier. There are bonus questions and bets to boost your income too.

ff1.co.uk probably won't kick in until all drivers are signed. Campos and USF1 have still only announced one driver each.

I will be on GPupdatemanager.net again this year. It costs 3 euros or something to enter but some great prizes, I've won 2 years on the trot now.

First year I got a Rossi beanie hat and 2009 I won one of those expensive McLaren jacket things which actually looks more like a tent.

You can set up sub leagues too...

The problem with that is Campos have said they won't announce the second driver until the day before Bahrain Practice session 1.

it's ok, chances are we'll probably find out they won't make it before then.

I know, I mean, who would even use them in their fantasy team? hehe

I looked at that one Craig, but it just lets you select 6 drivers. It doesn't have anything to do with the engines or chassis. The ff1.co.uk league that we did last year was a bit more "PH orientated" I think.

I've joined it, but once ff1.co.uk wakes up from it's winter sleep I think that would be the better bet.

I've just had a look at http://www.f1racemanager.com/

I like it but sounds like it may be worth waiting to see if anything better comes along
