Is it possible they've been testing there car extensively on tracks away from the eyes of f1 and could turn up with a significantly more developed and tested car in Bahrain?

especially as, as they have admitted themselves: currently they don't have access to suitable tyres!

No, the main reason being they don't have a suitable tyre supply as Bridgestone will only supply F1 (or GP2) spec tyres to competitors registered for those series. This is the reason their planned initial test at the end of the month is in doubt.

They probably have a more developed car then Campos or USF1, even if it has no tyres

I understand Mike (McLarengate) Coghlan works for Stefan GP? If so I don't see them getting onto the grid by a unanimous vote from the other teams even if Mr Grumpy Frank Williams allows it because Ferrari are sure to veto them.
