I was sat in a Hotel in Curitbia Tuesday morning and there was lots of WTCC people in there, RML had an army of them, but by befuddled travel brain and failed to establish a connection...

Standing up for the full race takes it out on your legs.

A wet Curitiba was almost as big a shock as hearing a very croaky Sir Sean Connery doing a voice over advert for Credit Agricole's Green Banking just now in Eurosport. If it appeared on ITV/C4 there'd no doubt be a thread moaning about it on here somewhere......(irony).

That is a pastiche of Sean.

I am a big fan of WTCC but was it just me or was that one of the most boring races ever, not sure if it was the couple of beers I had but i found it very painful.

Agreed, I upgraded the sky package to include eurosport last week so that I could watch this season's WTCC, based on yesterdays racing I'm glad the upgrade was only £1 a month!!

Having never watched it before, how does WTCC compare to the BTCC, although not the past few years as that to has been very boring to watch!

WTCC use to be good, but I am still a big fan of BTCC much closer racing. I am not sure I will rush to watch the next event but you never know it might improve
