watched this last night and - wow! have to agree with the sound of the ferrari, far and above a totally different sound and absolutely fantastic!
comedy moment with that kerbing too - i laughed out loud at the sheer audacity of it!
you cant help but get more excited just by listening to Murray Walker either!
wonder which one they will show next??

They've already indicated which ones they will show next, on the BBC website, as Malaysia is back to back with Australia.
Some brilliant moments by Senna, over the kerbs!!
Can't help thinking that it really was "better" back then...
Hmmm - wasn't 1990 good
Don't anyone accuse me of wearing Rose Tinted Glasses when I sometimes eulogise about how older F1 was much better than the present version. We can still see, right now, what GP racing in 1990 was like and how good it was.

Anyone notice how the action often seemed to follow Nige wherever he was on the track? First chasing Senna, then backed-up into Piquet/Berger/Prost, then chasing Berger then chasing Piquet... This only one race of many where the entertainment seems to follow him around.
Or maybe that's all a bit rose tinted!

Totally agree. My rose coloured specs are tucked away in the drawer. Not every race was perfect but the fundamentals were there to allow good racing and boy did we get some rather often.Even by '95 you could see the cars were starting to get a bit leaden.
