e36 track car brakes

I am in a bit of a pickle, over the last year I have been putting a track car together and I am in the process of making some custom hats to mount some large rotors and big callipers on the front hubs.
I have been trying to calculate the master cylinder sizes as I am going for dual master cylinder pedal box. The only problem is I am leaving the rear callipers standard and they are small in comparison to the fronts. Has anyone got any thoughts on or experience in this area, any help would be appreciated as the numbers i have dont stack up.

Why would you want to upgrade the fronts and not the rear? we run 380mm Brembo fronts with 6 pot calipers and 320mm rear discs on the rear. we used E36 M3 evo front discs and just made some adapter brackets for calipers worked a treat pagid rs29 pads bias valve and spa brake line pressure gauge so we could setup 60-40 split
