This would have been a great story, (although hardly news) some considerable time ago.
Now the sports in a new era, ferrari have played a role in that too, seems it's just spanky stuck in the past, ironically the past so tainted with claims of favour and deceit which he ruled over. Go home, and shut up, you silly old fool.

I was in the nick front office one time when there was a phone call from an irate PC from a neighbouring force demanding to speak with the duty inspector. It would appear that the PC and some colleagues had turned up an RTA only to find a retired City of London Chief Inspector on scene, personal radio in hand, trying to run the show. He'd even managed to get himself a call-sign. There had been a bit of a struggle when a PC had tried to take the PR from the ex-CI and he ended up nicked.
Mosley held an important official position. He could command. Now he's just some bod, wandering around looking for something to make him important again. His call-sign is his senate position, a post he made virtually redundant.
A number of teams argued against some of the new teams, and very publically, and I would have thought that someone holding Mosley’s post should be on the end of the phone to the boss of an established team.
The barge-board saga is a sad little dig. We all know, as Mosley has said, that it was only a technicality that got them off the hook. The suggestion is that Mosley had nothing to do with the decision. Well if you believe that, well and good. Agnelli thought the result had been fixed, eh, Mosley? Where on earth could he have got that idea from? Perhaps the office that Ferrari gave you?
I like the ‘luckily - old and gone’ comment.
All the arguments that Ferrari were favoured were at the time of Todt working for the team, not since he was sacked.
A nasty dig at Ferrari from a nasty old man who used to do something in F1. Perhaps someone should take his means of communication from him.

Ferrari like every other team will of course lobby the FIA to support their point of view. If McLaren, Williams, Red Bull etc. been in the same position, they would have done exactly the same thing.
F1 is a competitive sport, that’s supported with an industry where billions are spent each year trying to win; only a certified halfwit like Max would think there was anything out of the ordinary in a team lobbying for their point of view to be favoured over their competitors.
