This was done to advertise the British Grand Prix, which make me wonder why Red Bull did it, would it not have been better if Williams or Mclaren had done it????

Not there thing really. Red Bull are pretty good at putting their cars and brand in odd places to gain a bit of added coverage.

Not there thing really. Red Bull are pretty good at putting their cars and brand in odd places to gain a bit of added coverage.

Same scenario as the Japanese Toyota team based in Cologne Germany. Or the French Renault team based at Enstone Oxfordshire or the Japanese Honda team who were at Brackley. Or indeed the Indian Force India team based at Silverstone.

Austrian team based in Britain with German drivers is the official word iirc. That's why they no longer play the national anthem when Red Bull win.

Even the most nimble-fingered London traffic warden couldn't get a ticket on that... pitstop was too quick.
