What are the Predictions then...

I'm going for a Red Bull front row lock out and one-two. They can't screw up again with such a significant car advantage, can they surely?

Lewis 3rd - with McLaren still refining their blown diffusers concept. Button will be in the top 6 - expect another 'mare in qualifying.

Lewis 1st or 2nd as the blown diffuser should be ready. Bare in mind that they finished 2nd and 4th with a car 1 second off the pace in qualifying at Silverstone. I think Mclaren says the race pace is 0.5 seconds off the pace.

Webber and Seb will both try to occupy the same piece of tarmac at some point over the weekend, at the same time. Only one Red Bull will finish in the top 3 with one Mclaren and either Fred or Nico there for company.

The second Mclaren will be 4th.

Massa and MS will be found in the Paddock bar on Sunday asking each other where it all went wrong and musing on the 'good old days'.

Sooty will drive the nuts off his Farce India again and his race will be with Rubik’s Cube whilst their team mates do likewise behind them.

I'm wondering if the lack of high speed corners might help McLaren somewhat? Their car is worse on the high speed corners that the RB-6 but there don't appear to be that many tighter high speed ones.

Turns 1,5,7 and 8 look like corners RB can dominate though. 8 will be almost flat out for them I think. Mind you I can see Mclaren getting some serious speed around Parabolika.

Yes, McLaren still have the best implementation of the F-duct so they should be able to carry plenty of speed down to the hairpin. If they can get the blown diffuser working as well, the should be up there with the RedBulls (fingers crossed)

5 isn't actually a corner, all the cars are flat through there and 7 isn't really a high speed corner. This is nowhere near the RedBull circuit that Silverstone is. I think the Mclaren's and Ferrari's will be very very good here.

Predictions:
I think Lewis will be on pole and win the race...even if he is not on pole, I think he will still win the race due to the difference in the Mclaren car between qualifying and race day. The long straight leading down to the chicane is also perfect for the Mclaren's to overtake if needed. Alonso will be in the top 3 for both but I cannot pick between the red bulls for 3rd and 4th. Button and Rosberg will be 5th and 6th in any order but a fair way back from the top 4. Button could get 4th again but only if just like in Silverstone Vettel and Massa get punctures, Kubica retires, Alonso gets a drive through etc etc LOL.

I think lewis hamilton will have this one if Mclaren get the blown rear working.

Qualifying will see Vettel on pole and webber will retire from the race.

The point of interest for this race for me is going to be the big difference in tyres that Bridgestone have promised. With any luck it might turn out similar to Canada...

There are a lot of tight corners which will play nicely into the hands of the smoother drivers who are able to manage their tyres well. I think we'll see:

2. Hamilton
3. Vettel - Having taken out Webber in the process.

I've not seen smooth driving rewarded with superior tyre performance this season, in fact the only time it really seemed to make a difference was Monaco 2009.

So I will stick with the fastest cars coming in 1.2.3.4., and sorted by their quali positions.

I reckon McLaren will have a good race here, Hamilton's on top of his game and i think the Red Bull scenario between Webber and Vettel could play into their hands.

The Harder tyres seem to cope quite well with those drivers who are supposedly not able to manage tyres......

I am hoping we will see Lewis and Jenson on the front row, then Webber, then Alonso, then Vettel.

Quite fancy Jenson for this one, but I know Lewis will be darn close! I also think Rosberg will get a podium again

I dont think the Feraris will feature again - i think the strength of the RBs and Mclarens will see them off
