Roll cage Tuscan

on that note, does anyone know if its possible to remove and replace a tuscan cage from the shell in 1 piece or do you have to cut it
Got to cut it. But the body will come off with the cage still in - you just can't get the cage out of the body in one piece. You can't lift the rear as it hits the panel behind the seats, and can't drop the front as the chassis is there, and even with the body out of the car you'd have to cut away big chunks of the body to get it out. Cutting's pretty painless though; just cut through the middle of the sleeves than grind them off at the welds and you can knock them off. Get the new sleeves just a wee bit longer and they'll cover up any grinding/weld marks if you want it neat.
