Anyway I'd say those days have definitely passed us by, the new teams may still be a long way back but the sheer unproffesionalism of teams like Andrea Moda takes some beating. I'm sure I heard somewhere they sent one of their drivers out on wet tyres on a bone dry track for qualifying, and that's just one of many examples.
Still, the car looked pretty good:

iirc they also sent him out at Spa in a car where they knew the steering rack flexed. IE flexed until it jammed...in Eau Rouge...
