Red flagged race today at Siverstone....driver ok?

Arrived at Silverstone after doing the Classic Retro run and wondered why there was no racing going on. I was told that there had been a bad crash in the race (TT i think), the race had been red flagged and had to be run in two parts either side of the lunch break. Just checking that the driver was ok as i saw the air ambulance buzzing around, anyone know what happened?.....Martin
