Britcar motor home charge ????
Discussion
I cant believe that in my 30 years of motoracing i have been told by Brit car that to bring a motorhome along to the event will cost an extra £100 ,
Yes Mr Tucker has decided to charge competitors to take motorhomes.
So you pay your entry , dont get any final instructions , and they just keep making up charges as they go along.
It is an utter con
Next we will have to pay to turn the lights on in the garage.

To try and present a balanced view, The Britcar 24hrs is a very busy event which over 60 cars have entered. Each of those cars has a large number of vehicles supporting it, trucks, private cars for teams and driver, motorhomes and in some instances hospitality units. The space at Silverstone is limited and hence we allocate the space available for each team fairly so each entry has the same amount of space. Remember there is also a full weekend of support races with their associated vehicles as well which also needs to fit into the infield area at Silverstone.
Your team has been granted the same space as every other team in the field which is also the same space as we allocate every year. We have space for about 60 pitches with water and electrical hookup and these have been allocated as one space per entry. Additional space is available free of charge but this has no water or electrical hookup. We have very limited additional space available with elec and water, but not enough to fairly divide between 60 entries so this is available, if required, as a chargable extra, as has always been the case with the Britcar 24hrs.
I hope this clarifies the situation for you.
