Britcar report

Myself and my MangoRacing team mate attended Britcar over the weekend, with a report now online at our website.
Would be keen to hear some feedback

How wet did the drivers get without the roof or did the combination of the windows/screen/rollcage/speedster-humps keep out the wetness?

Not read it yet, but first impressions are your images seem to be displayed all squashed. They don't look quite right...

Feedback - firstly this wasn't the "Britcar Endurance Race" - all Britcar races are endurance races, and this was the Britcar 24hrs; secondly, Britcar is not a series, it is a championship, and this was not the seventh round, this was a stand-alone event.

The tense changes from past to present several times during the piece, there are several typos, and some incorrectly-constructed sentences (climbing back up the grid"???), and some factually incorrect statements.

This could have been so much better if the research had been done on the background to the event, the drivers, who were only primarily journalists in one of the cars (no mention of their names except for Ollie - did you know that Mike Wilds was a former F1 driver), and the reason for Mazda being there (there was one - a significant publicity reason).

Some may be impressed by the speed at which this has appeared, but, in my view, quality and content have suffered.

Thanks for the feedback Steve, it helps a lot.

I was knackered and it was quite late when i got in last night and wrote the blogg entry, Its had an update now and i hope some of the changes are to your satisfaction.
