For Alonso it does all depend on the engine situation. Some of his power units are probably running near their max lifespan now he has used all of them.
If his engines hold up it will be Alonso - If not, then I think it is Vettel as he has the machinery beneath him. I can't see the Red Bull failing to finish the last two races.
Though I would pick those two last out of who I would want to win from the 5(ish) contenders.

I think Vettel & Webber will damage each other's attempts to win the championship and can even see them hitting each other again, well to be precise I mean Vettel hitting Webber because he seems able to hit anything. So I think it will be between Fernando "Filipe's quicker than yow" Alonso and Hamilton. Unfortunately I predict it will be Alonso that succeeds.

People luaghed at him when he said he'd win the title.
Only because they didn't know what he did - Ferrari were going to cheat to get him some extra points!
Red Bull need to make a choice.
If next 2 races finish Vettel, Webber, Alonso, then Alonso beats both of them by 5 points. In fact, if Vettel wins both, Alonso only needs 2 third places, no matter who is second.
Webber has to win a race for Red Bull to be in control of own destiny, otherwise Alonso can win just by following them home.
