Is there going to be one?

Nows the time, and a nice income generator for the "Pot"
2 or 3 for each driver should make a few bob.

Yep,

I agree it sounds like a good idea.

We have the images, anyone done one before and know of a company that produces them and does good stuff. I can then get some prices and gauge interest.

The last Calendar was put together by Tony Abrams at Hexham Horseless Carriages and he did a very good job.

It would need to be done pretty quickly though and I think that a fair commitment to numbers would be needed from all of us. I would take five definitely.

Maybe nice if there is any spare money left for PR to supply everyone who sponsored a round to make sure they get sent a calendar.

OK

Looks like a goer, costs to be advised. I will be looking to add a bit on top of the production and delivery costs to go into the PR fund.

On that subject I will maintain a clear set of spreadsheet based ioncome and expenditure accounts for the PR side of things covering everything not just calenders. Copies of this will be available to all series registered drivers on request so you can keep tabs on how I am spending your money.

Production of the season and driver DVD's will start soonj any more orders?

Again all of the excess will be going into the PR fund.

Hi Mal,

I'll be interested in some calenders (have to check for numbers though!) and also wanting 3 of the picture DVD's too.

At first I was hoping we had an idea of next years dates, lol...

I've obviously missed something here. What's this PR fund all about? Can somebody please enlighten me?

Cheers
