Galactically useless Autosport Int. ticket booking

Mrs Redmax and I always to go the Autosport Show and have decided to go on Friday this year. I'm a BRSCC member so should be entitled to a free ticket, but the website is useless, since about November each time I try it says my code has already been used and gives me a number to call. Conveniently, the person to whom that number belongs seems to work about 30 mins per week so I can never get through.

Recognising that we're running out of time, as we're both MSA members, we try to take advantage of the £5 off offer for MSA members. So I try to book tickets this evening and get this helpful message:

"We are sorry, but the registration website for Autosport International 2011 cannot
take payments at the moment. We advise you
to try to register again later. Meanwhile you can return to the
Autosport International 2011 website.


We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I'm losing patience. Come on Haymarket, it's not difficult, sort it out.

I did mine amonth or so ago, and the site kept crashing back then too. Took me a while to figure out not to include the R in the membership number as well ffs

Yes, sorted thanks. I tried every combination of numbers other than excluding the R...

I've also been able to pay for another ticket with the £5 discount today, so sorted on both counts.
