Heads up for a 30 minute program on Sky Sports News (Sky Channel 405) tonight.

"In Monday's episode of Special Report - 'Formula 1: Rookies' - we find out in the company of two men who are about to make their debuts in one of the world's most exhilarating sports.

We catch up with Scotland's Paul di Resta, who will race for Force India this season after an impressive spell in touring cars, and Venezuelan Pastor Maldonado who is gearing up for his debut F1 season after making his name in GP2.

The men tell us what it takes to become a F1 driver, the sacrifices involved and also give us an insight into the challenges - both mental and physical - that lie ahead as they prepare for the race of their lives.

And as the teams prepare for the opening grand prix of the season, Special Report goes behind the scenes as an F1 car is built.

So join us as we lift the lid on the grid and all things Formula One this Monday on Sky Sports News HD at 7.30pm."

Well I thought that was pretty good. It's not often you get to see inside Formula 1 teams in that way. Respect to Force India for letting Sky have a nose about.

Yeah the look around FI was quite interesting, nice detailed look at their steering wheel too. Hard to believe Maldonado is a rookie, he looks the same age as Rubens.
