Hi Guys,

The T350 deperately needs to shed some weight this year and replacing the current glass screen is an obvious starting point. I have a spare glass one with a small crack I could use as a mould. Are they easy to form from flat sheet or is there anywhere I could buy one / have one made? Cheers.

Hi Cliff - I used Andy's recommendation for my screen (lexan marguard) this year. It cost £80 and the company is Elgee Plastics in Reading (speak to David) 01189 575430. Obviously my Griff screen is curved, but the plastic can be bent to fit - you just need plenty of fixings towards the edges to get a flush fit.
I made a cardboard template of the original + gave the company my old screen to fine tune the finish.

I have a template for the Sagaris/T350 screen. If its not too urgent I could get a screen cut for you from it by Elgee - but not for a couple of weeks as I'm totally snowed under and working out of the office.

If you need one quickly I've got an unused one for the sag, and you can replace it at leisure.. that reminds me I must get Tim to sort me another rear screen as they used mine !!!
