Does JB give away too much when talking to the press?
Discussion
In the press conference yesterday, Vettel looked to be listening with great interest as JB described what he'd learned about the tyres. Vettel is a good listener and a fine thinker...
During the red button forum, even JB seemed to think he might have gone too far in talking about DRS strategy (which was very clever). DC seemed to be very surprised at JB for this.
Interesting though it is for those of us at home, I hope somebody has a quiet word with JB about giving away all of the good ideas and learned lessons to the opposition!

Given that they watch the BBC to listen to the team radios..................... But then what one team feels about the tyres may not reflect how another team finds them - the cars may behave very differently.
Technically it's the FOM feed
JB will know what to say and what not to say, it'll be either blatantly obvious to the other teams already or it'll be slightly dud info to throw them off a bit!YourMother said:

It's nothing even us daft buggers watching haven't figured out already, it'll be year-old news to the teams that were working the numbers last season...
Spot on. Sometimes I think I'm too geeky for this website.Gassing Station | General Motorsport | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
