Is it possible to buy these directly from the original sellers in the region and save money rather than through all the commercial companies that double/treble the cost?

Google ACM and you will get the official site. I've bought tickets direct from there several times, they deliver to your home in the UK and the service is good. Another option is just go and buy tickets on the day from the organisers, the times I've been there has always been tickets available on the day at face value. The only issue is you may not get the spot you want. For me ACM is the answer face value with a small charge for delivery.
