Hi,

I'm going to Cannes in a few weeks time and missed out driving around the sections of track last time we went in Monaco.

I'm pretty sure I remember you need passes to go to certain areas and if you don't you get fined? Could someone please advise?

It's all public roads and usually open to traffic except for the section in front of the Hotel de Paris as far as I recall.

the bit in front of the hotel cannot be driven on because it is one way, and you'd be driving the wrong way around Casino Square, not recommended but you can still drive around Casino Square the correct way. Other than that, the first part of the marina section (from the chicane to the tight left) is used as a service road, so you must use the public road parallel to it, like this:

Great thanks for the help guys! Hopefully I'll manage not to crash with all the power my Chevrolet Spark (or similar) gives.

If you're on their side of the road then you're using the wrong (or 'Massa') line...

I'll make sure I take note of the lines to take in the tunnel in my Chevrolet Spark :-)

If you've not done the street circuit yet, try getting there early......... 5-6am, clear(ish) tunnel, crisper sound.
