Aldershot Locals?

Not sure this section was created with requests like this in mind, but thought I'd chance my arm!
I need to drive to Aldershot tomorrow lunch time, park (abandon!) my car until Sunday and catch a train, but looking at Google maps/streetview there seems to be yellow lines or pay and display everywhere!

I'm quite pushed for time catching my Glasgow train so I'd be very grateful if anybody could point me in the direction of a quiet residential area, where I could park up within 10-15 mins walk of the train station?
