Liverpool Roads are Attrocious!

I'm having real trouble here in liverpool, I'm getting fed up looking for smooth roads to drive on. Even a mile can sometimes send me on a unnecessary detour just so i don't have my (if i had any) fillings shaken out. The whole city is so rough and uneven with massive sink and pot holes all over the place, (don't even mention Sefton park) and the council just cant give two sts clearly about the roads. Its so bad it really spoils my driving and I'm thinking of going and buying an Octavia vrs estate because they have 55 profile tyres that should go someway to stop me from getting hemaroids before i reach 30yrs old.

it makes me think though how do the ambulances and emergency services cope. I don't know whether its budget or what but even the police drive Kia's now. Is it seriously that the council cant be bothered to do anything or are they just piling resources elsewhere, (Kia police cars for example).

It's not much better anywhere else.

I just go slow enough that I can see & avoid most of the potholes (not seen any sinkholes) and ruts, and then save my 'leisure' driving for when I go into Wales or Germany.

BTW, my Z4MC is on 18" wheels with 40 profile tyres.
