Good driving roads near Ampthill/Bedford?

Will be spending the next few days on a course in Woburn, just wondering where I can go for a blast around there? I know the B6660 is reasonable but any other suggestions welcomed...

There's a nice strech from M1 J13 to the Cranfield area.

Also fun is off at J14 and between Newport Pagnell and Northampton, through Goldington.

Turn right onto the A45 when you get to Northampton, make your way past Rushden and take the B645 to Kimbolton. Turn onto the B660 just past Kimbolton castle and head back down into Bedford.
