Scottish Borders

Any suggestions for good driving roads around the Scottish Borders area? I know it doesnt have the magnificence of the Highlands (where does?!) but Im sure there are a few.
The A702 is quite good IIRC,and the road that leads from Pencaitland to Duns over the hills(Cant get Google maps to work at the minute so dont know the number...B6355) past the Whiteadder Reservoir is good, though spoiled by some cattlegrids. The other (unnamed)B road back the other way will no doubt be just as good.
And the Pencaitland to Haddington road(A6093?? damn having no Google!) is very fast & sweeping, good for a blast
So,any other suggestions?
ETA road numbers now Google is back but slooooow

I take a loop most weekends from mussy down the the A68 to carfraemill, on to greenlaw or kelso or coldstream depending on mood/car or weather, back via duns and whiteadder, gifford tranent.
The road to the west of whiteadder is mince imho. Pencaitland to Haddington, I always seem to get caught behind a doddery old fool on that route.
Around chirnside and paxton are good.
a wee bit further afield, Selkirk to moffat and back on the 701.
Or the road by hermitage castle from west to east.
Happy to show the way

Er, no. The A701 runs between Moffat and Penicuik (via the Devil's Beef Tub). The road to/from Selkirk is the A708 which runs alongside Loch of the Lowes and St Mary's Loch. At the first of these the road is VERY close to the water and much of it has just a plain grass verge and no barrier!Another cracking Borders road is the B6357 from the A68 south of Jedburgh through Wauchope Forest then via Saughtree and Newcastleton to Canonbie.

Yeah, that wasn't very clear, it sounded like i meant there and back on the same route. Drive down from Selkirk to Moffat. Then back up the 701 to Penicuik. I'm starting in Musselburgh, so makes for a nice wee hoon.

Someone here will know where this place is. Few years back I went up north to work on a job and stayed at a hotel somewhere off J13 of the 74. One day we headed out into the Lanarks countryside and found a museum dedicated to an old truck maker in a small town.Things I remembered from my days as a kid. Names long forgotten.Massive big engine blocks.
Albion museum in biggar?
