Arnhem to Vence la Gaude- 3 1/2 days

Looking to make the above trip at the end of the month, will be finishing a meeting in Arnhem circa lunchtime on a Friday. My thoughts are motorway down to Luxembourg on Friday afternoon and get a good nights rest, then Sat/Sun/Mon to drive the rest via N and D routes in France. Saturday night I need to be in Beaune, so;

Saturday Luxembourg to Beaune
Sunday Beaune to ?
Monday ? to Vence

Any route suggestions and interesting stop offs gratefully received.
