European Driving Trip

can anyone out there give me advice on must do roads throughout Europe.I am planning a weeks holiday perhaps aiming to do 300 miles per day in a 911.Fancey doing the Stelvio pass, the alps, the Pyrenees. Any advice on places to stay or particular routes.
