Just wondering if it is possible to visit Portimao circuit?

Does anyone know if you can just turn up to the Portiamao circuit? I'm not talking about going around the circuit but just to see the place, paddocks etc.?

in my experience they are quite strict at the paddock entrance, however there is a shop and cafe outside, not a bad place to watch the world go by, some nice roads around there, so well worth a look if your nearby

good go kart circuit is part of the complex, open every afternoon.
it's an odd circuit in that you can't see much of it from anywhere, especially the pits. pits themselves are very vanilla.
Complex is truly great, world class, a testimony to ill-thought out public expenditure as it's now a white elephant.
