Driving tour from Bologna to supercar factories

Looking for route recommendations. I've been gifted a trip to Emilia Romagna this weekend with the intention of me and the wife touring the hub of Italian supercar production sans child.
It is last minute notice as it was a surprise, but I have managed to secure a nice cabrio with 400km for my 2 days and I want to burn them all.
Ideally I will get to Ferrari, Lamborghini and Pagani factories in a single circuit, but I think I am going to strike out south towards Tuscany to some nicer roads and draw out the trip to get there rather than drone along the autostrada.
I have been drawing out routes in Google maps but I'm basically throwing electronic darts at an online map and seeing if it yields a twisty enough looking route currently!
While I am confident of some very nice roads out that way I wondered if there are any particular towns, national parks or points of beauty it would be worth viewing out that way that anyone could recommend?
